It is the evidence that the Terms of References of this TF were wrong.
The TF (previously to I join it) defined a way to work. The TF
was focused in analyzing the ALSC proposal instead of promote among
its members the discussion about the ICANN's structure.<br>

While we discussed (with a very low participation) with this limited
scope, the reality outside this TF changed very much. It was a real
waste of time.<br>

I think that the NC should discuss and take decisions in relation with
the justification of this Task Force and this current objectives.<br>

<div>Agree very much with Raul's sentiment here. Lynn's proposal has
circumvented a lot of processes designed to study the very issue --
not least of which was the TF, or the ALSC.</div>

<div>Lynn's proposal is deserving of attention, but not to the
exclusion of everything else. I for one would encourage the Board (and
the TF, and the ALSC, etc.) to continue examining the various At-Large
proposals. </div>

<div>Bearing in mind that a "no-decision" by the Board in
Accra is tantamount to a decision... if the processes for an election
aren't laid down in March, then there will be no election and
presumably no At-Large.</div>
