It is problem with practical guidance, and the introduction of ambiguity
and contradiction that are the issue with the current draft.<br><br>
Please note that the problem with "sponsored, unrestricted" was
raised in this forum long ago, and was ignored. Perhaps folks
should consider trying to deal with real issues, rather than ignore
them... yet again?<br><br>

Kathryn, I am an ACM member, one of those 75,000 that you purport to be
representing. <br><br>
Since I do not recall seeing any polling of the ACM membership, your
declaration of "the perspective of ACM members" is not based on
fact.<br><br>
Feel free to provide substantiation to the contrary.<br><br>

<blockquote type=cite class=cite cite><font face="Arial, Helvetica" size=2>ACM-IGP
supports this proposal, and believes it is an excellent one for the DNSO
to present to the Board. </font></blockquote><br>
And, by the way, simple statements of support do not help achieve an
improved document. <br><br>
Rather than treating this exercise as a popularity contest, perhaps you
would be willing to engage in discussion about the problematic content in
the draft?<br><br>
