Kathryn, discussions are easy and frequent. Long-standing formal
documentation describes the Adcom very differently. While it is
always comforting to invoke whatever set of statements one remembers and
happens to support one's desires, you need to acknowledge that the formal
documentation was the result of group discussion and consensus, and that
it differs from your convenient.<br><br>
