Michael,

I’m writing to confirm your Community Village Booth at RightsCon Toronto
2018. You have been assigned Booth 5 on Friday, May 18th from 9:00 AM -
1:00 PM.

You may begin loading in your supplies and equipment as early as 8:00 AM on
Firday, May 18th. We are happy to provide storage of your materials in Room
115 after 1:00 PM if you plan to stay on site after your exhibit. Room 115
will not be secured, so do so at your own risk. You are responsible for all
of your materials while on site. Please note you will be expected to carry
all of your materials through the front door. A loading dock and handcarts
will not be available and labor will not be on hand to assist.

As a reminder, your 8x8 foot booth comes equipped with one 6-foot table and
two folding chairs. All furniture and equipment must fit inside your 8x8
footprint.

You are responsible for providing staff at your booth for the duration of
the exhibit. Booths must be fully staffed throughout the duration of the
period you have been assigned Access Now is not responsible for items left
unattended at booths during the load-in, load-out or open hours of the
summit.

Please reach out with any additional questions.

Respectfully,
Matt
