[NCUC-DISCUSS] [Ext] Fellowship Request for ICANN 62 Policy Forum

Hi all
Interesting discussion. I'm actually grateful that the Chair brought this
out in the open to the list.Since everyone on the list knew when I received
the fellowship, it was a bit awkward when I found out that it was not to be
(through no fault of my own I must add) as I was told "there was an
administrative glitch". I wasn't sure if I should have said something about
it on the list., so as soon as I found out I informed to the Chair.
Nonetheless, I still thought that it would have been cleared up. However,
it was confirmed recently, that the 'glitch' could not be corrected. This
is life and these things happen, so we move on with the work at hand. I
will continue to engage and learn and see how I can contribute to the NCUC.
