Hi Ayden

I think you are familiar with how list servers work and how they
record messages automatically.
If one message is to be removed from the archives it is a very
complicated process.
So the archive is recording all messages exchanged by the EC which
refer to deliberation process.
That is the official channel of deliberation of the EC and the
messages that count.

The time constraint is referred to on the thread of EC approval, which
is deadline of IGF, 6 June.
