There does? I haven't seen it. Perhaps this discussion is taking place on the Policy Committee list. 
This is one of the reasons I am not a big fan of the Policy Committee structure - lots of discussion does not get seen by the membership. 

I just went to the NCUC website and tried to find a link showing the archives of the PC discussions. 
It may be there, but I could not find it. 

Could our fearless leaders please tell us where to find the PC archives? And perhaps modify the website to make it clear where all list archives are?
