[NCUC-DISCUSS] Chair travel reallocation attempt

Dear members

Due to an extraordinary personal circumstance, I won't be able to be
with you in ICANN61.

I also won't be in WSIS, the week after, where I had applied for CROP.

I'm deeply sorry for that.

I am trying to get these travel allocations transferred or refunded
via ICANN Travel Constituency.

Depending on what we are informed, EC will deliberate the best course
of action and I'll communicate onlist.
