[NCUC-DISCUSS] Privacy issues within Fellowship Program

Another interesting document to read is from a few years ago when they
asked for community feedback and they did a comparison to other fellowship
programmes

Not sure where it is.

As to the privacy stuff.  I assume Siranush is still getting used to the
job and and she will work out these issues in due time.
