[NCUC-DISCUSS] Announcement of EC Decision about the NCUC NomCom Delegee

I second this, and a special thanks too to Farzi for managing this 
process in spite of criticism.  Leadership can be thankless at times, 
but I would like to say thanks for this job and for the excellent job of 
managing NCUC remotely when we were in Joburg.  Hours of work.

Also special thanks to Ines for running, and I hope we will have lots of 
people coming forward to run for council pretty soon.
