Hello all,

Just a quick reminder that I drafted up an [IGF workshop proposal](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1iH4LgmuUk8QEnBbD_wpTEYBeZYatSH2BOJJyvHVreSc/edit?usp=sharing) recently. If you have any suggested revisions, comments, or alternative proposals, please do come forward! Submissions are due 3 May, and I would like to provide our EC with at least a week to review our proposal and to consider whether or not we may submit it under the NCUC moniker. Thanks and hope to hear from you!

P.S. I sent this message to the NCSG list inadvertently last time; I am now mailing the NCUC list only, as it is an NCUC workshop proposal.

Thanks for sharing this call for workshop proposals, Mamadou. Is the NCUC going to be pitching something? The United Nations Human Rights Council has just adopted a very strong new privacy resolution. And just last month, Stephanie Perrin and Peter Kimpian of the Council of Europe organised a highly successful session in Copenhagen with the data protection commissioners. We shouldn't let the momentum slip... in my opinion, we should be looking to communicate the problematic privacy implications of ICANN activities to as wide an audience as possible. And the IGF seems a good place to be doing this. I've drafted up a quick [workshop proposal now in Google Docs](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1iH4LgmuUk8QEnBbD_wpTEYBeZYatSH2BOJJyvHVreSc/edit?usp=sharing). Please feel free to edit or to suggest a different idea altogether... Thanks!
