@James, once again congrats on the appointment.

Personally, I think the first questions is between you and various chairs
within your given constituency including Rafik here. So I think you are
doing good already.

On the part two, can you/Rafik kindly reshare the mandate of the Customer
Standing Committee (CSC) on this list for update and we can then take it
from there.
