Dears Ayden, Romina, all

The document is still in editable mode in an Etherpad (so it can signatures
from organizations)
Plan by Karisma is to handing it in at OAS mid-day tomorrow (simbolically)
as to be a recommendation for LAC govts.
This will happen at the South School internet of Governance here at OAS

I am a fellow of the SSIG as some in here also are
Fellowships may cover accomodation+course costs or just course costs. So
all those here are just people interested in learning about IG and the
speakers are also from various backgrounds. Most of us are self funded.

Still, indeed, this is very important work in difficult times for LAC and
internet freedom.

Just after Semana Santa, Brazil announced 8 new internet censorship bills
which are to put into action until the 7th Apr (houses vote).

Chances are w/ the movements here and at Rightscon some opposition may be
heard.

But, as I have often said that I am a teacher and not a brilliant laywer as
Romina, I see a difficulty in getting others engaged in these aspects
considering there's also a bigger crisis we are living in.

All the best

Renata
