Dear Bill,

Thank you for the update and for the great formal and informal discussions
we had in DC this week, particularly about member engagement.

With the support of the NCSG community, I plan to reboot the membership
affairs team by formulating and sending out to all members (old and new) a
questionnaire asking about their aspirations, concerns, questions and
suggestions.

If I get a good respondent turnout, I hope to present the survey results at
the next ICANN meeting in Singapore where we can together discuss steps
that may help engage our members more effectively.

All the best.

Sincerely,

Walid
