Hy Milan,

How to think about ?

We would create one "capacity building" team / workgroup for the future applications?

We can write / record out our advices for example (the time is just for reference):

1) ICANN for dummies - 10 minutes to superficial explanation
2) The awesome world of Acronyms - top 10 acronyms and how to find out more - 10 minutes
3) How to join? - Short about Fellowship and NextGen programs - 5/10 minutes
4) How to apply for Fellowship ? Here is our advice.

Itens 1 to 3 was covered by the Daniel's webminar for Fellows, I don't know the URL for the record, but it was in Portuguese. Also the slides you can find out here
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0bPrrCKz7HdUjZlVUdZLW00Tjg/view

Let's move forward ? I'm ready ;)

> On the row I suggested to Daniel for next steps to organize a series of short webinars, with no more than 15 minutes each one, as one short version of newcomers day, with local presenters.

> Also I see with good eyes the creation of one kind of "application mentors group" to help the applicants, I had this kind of support from Magaly Pazello when I first applied for Fellowship, and was very useful. It's important for candidate know a little about ICANN's structure and function, as the same way like applying for a job when we study the employer in order to understand their structure, principles values, etc...
