[NCUC-DISCUSS] NCUC Primary Representative on the SCI

Hi Ed

Amr has said he'll be traveling and can't do it, so if you are willing and able to rep us in this meeting that would be great.  We can discuss thereafter whether you'd want to make that an ongoing thing, sharing arrangements, etc.  While this has not been the past practice for GNSO groups, if people want we could also formalize it down the line with an EC vote etc.
