I believe that all members of the NCDNHC wants the same goals you have
described.  All past and actual NC members tries always to represent
the views of the constituency in the proper manner.  However, when the
time to vote of NCs members arrives, no body knows really if they voted
according to what the majority of the members wants, or by what they
think is the best of the NCDNHC, or by any other reason.  Why we don't
know?
Because we, as members, doesn't vote on subjects, only in resolutions
presented by other members which usually doesn't have all the important
issues to be deal regarding such subjects.

How nice would be to vote on documents about subjects where many members
provided input and that our NC members vote according to the will of the
NCDNHC membership reflected in the results of votations on such
subjects.
