As you might be aware that yesterday we were supposed to have a meeting at<br>
5 pm UTC but due to low attendance of 5 members after 30 minutes of<br>
waiting, a call for a postponement was made since we had only 30 minutes<br>
remaining. I, therefore, request that you continue providing your comments<br>
on the strategy document<br>

in the meanwhile. For purposes of additional comments and input, the<br>
deadline will be extended to 12 July, giving us an additional 3 weeks.<br>
Presentation and discussion will take place at one of the forthcoming ICANN<br>
meetings after we have exhausted all community processes.<br>

A final date will be set after ICANN65 via a Doodle poll for us to obtain<br>
enough time to hold another meeting around July and solicit for comments<br>
from the community, EC and the NCSG PC, before formal adoption, which may<br>
take from 1 upto 2 more months to complete.<br>
<br>
Furthermore, given that some might be attending AIS or preparing for<br>
Marrakesh, postponing was the best option for now, I, therefore, request<br>
everyone to also help try to provide direction in how we should answer the<br>
following questions based on the strategy document<br>
