[Ncuc-af] [Ext] Re: Topics for ICANN 80 in Kigali

Hello everyone,
Thank you for bringing up the AFRINIC matter. Currently, this issue is
under legal examination, and it raises the question of what aspects can be
discussed that have not already been addressed in the courtroom. Are there
specific elements you believe need discussion? At this time, it may not be
appropriate for any AFRINIC leadership staff to comment. Perhaps it's best
to heed the wisdom of: "Let sleeping dogs lie," and allow matters to rest
undisturbed until there's a clear path forward. Our 2 cents.
