[Ncuc-af] NCSG and NCUC elections

Thank you Thato for raising this issue.

@Arsene, I agree with you.

@Benjamin, I can understand your fear. ICANN activities are very
intense sometimes. There is a personal gain and community gain for
someone with a position. I will just suggest that we can maintain a
dialogue and capacity building within our community. In that way,
people who want to apply for leadership position can have the full
supprt of the community.
Our monthly meeting can be an opportunity for community members to be
updated on PDP and others ICANN policies. We have the opportunity to
have Rafik with us.

And, I am certain that Rafik will be a good NCSG Chair !
