[Ncuc-af] Upcoming NCSG elections

Dear Arsene,
Thank you for bringing this up and I hope it can be handled fairly.
Politics is always tricky and sometimes I do like to easily want to agree
with Remmy if all it takes is the face value of these proposition.

There are always different interests, except you are fully aware of all
those - it is difficult to navigate.
I also want us to shy away from kingmakers type of arrangement - where
someone comes and decides who goes to a post or appointment. Most times it
does not always end well.

Here is my take, everyone with interest should step out and we should
encourage them to develop strong strategy and rally round their bids.
