[Ncuc-af] Endorsemnt for Elections

Dear Farell,

Thank you for the expression and the call for one African voice. I really
buy into the idea of putting forward one or two candidates with full
support (100%) of African members. Though I would have loved a situation
where we call for expression of interest in the house and have a discussion
about it before any re-run idea. That could be for the future opening
though.

I slightly disagreed that putting forward another candidate would connote
we are not satisfied with Ines work. Ines has been doing wonderfully well
and getting excellent results. I could testify to that but I think the
perception will be that of equal footing and diversity.

>From another angle, I could say that we need to project more of African
members despite agreement on the chosen candidates as to enable us visible
on other platform or relevant opportunities. So Ines and Yolanda, can we
have your green light on this.

Regards.
Peter.
