[Membership-affairs] Dismal survey response rates

Thanks for the suggestion Stefanie. Below is a two liner. Feel free to copy
edit and tidy them up as you see fit:

NCUC's membership affairs team has formulated and distributed a survey in
early March 2015 to elicit feedback from NCUC members on ways to improve
engagement. The survey's findings are expected to help formulate policies
and steps to improve inreach efforts and enhance community participation in
the various NCUC activities.
