Thanks Bill for getting this out.  I'm particularly enthusiastic about 
the proposed exploration of "The Role of Civil Society in ICANN’s 
Multistakeholder Model: The Case of the GNSO." and drawing attention to 
the deficit of actual "bottom up" policy making in ICANN at the moment. I hope ICANN sees the value in critical self-examination.<br><br>Cheers,<br><br clear="all">B
