I can submit the request to setup a list on Syracuse University's listserv (which can take up to 2 days to complete) OR I can quickly setup a Group on the NCUC website and we can continue the discussion there (note: for those who prefer email, they can change their account settings to receive/send posts to a discussion on the website in the email client). I'm fine with either option.<br>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:36.0pt">Dear all,<br><br>Maria just brought to my attention that non EC members will not be able to respond to this thread if EC copied – although we could use as a communications method individual emails, this creates a slight problems of transparency, which I have been accused of. Brenden is there a way we can create a separate list that we can archive so as members are able to see the discussions for the charter? If not, then we will have to stick to individual emails and provide updates to the list endorsed by this group.<br>

As I mentioned, this should not be time consuming and the changes should really be straightforward. I suggest we look at a deadline of a month to sort this out – I would ideally like to have the vote for the charter before Costa Rica so we can have our charter in place when we arrive in Costa Rica.<br>
<br>I took a crack at it in the word document, which I attach. I also pasted THE ORIGINAL charter without my modifications on the pirate pad – we need to find a way not to have too many versions of the charter floating around.<br>
