For someone to be a member of an org and an individual member too would seem ok in terms of their identity/engagement; why foe ex should someone from a big org like APC be told they can't do xyz cuz they have a focal point.</div><div>But it does invite accusations of padding to make us look bigger, and it obviously gets complicated with voting.
