As I recommended on our call, if everyone simply uses "Suggestion" mode (look top right corner under Editing dropdown) then we will be able to see suggested text changes and who made them (if logged in). By default, that mode uses different colors for suggested text. One can also add Comments to the document as Bill says below. </div></div>

<div>Thanks Arun and Farzi, this is great. Maybe it’d make sense for people to add suggested tweaks under each category in different colors so we can keep track of who’s saying what, and to use the side Comment mode for questions, explanations of
thinking, etc. so the actual list doesn’t get too cluttered to look at.</div>

<div>How we plan to go about this: during the call, we figured it would be best to flag areas in the NCUC Charter that need our immediate attention before we meet in Dublin. This process will hopefully be complete at the end of this month, and the
bylaws group can present a consolidated list of proposed changes on Constituency Day.</div>
